Columbus Auto Diagnostics LLC is a locally owned mobile diagnostic service built on one principle: give vehicle owners the same quality of diagnosis a dealership provides — without the dealership overhead, upsells, or wait times.
Our Story
Columbus Auto Diagnostics LLC was founded out of a straightforward frustration: too many vehicle owners were being handed repair estimates based on guesswork rather than genuine diagnosis. A warning light gets scanned, a code gets read, and a part gets replaced — often without confirming that the part was actually the cause.
We started this business to do it differently. Every service call begins with a thorough, multi-system diagnostic scan and a careful review of live data, freeze-frame records, and fault history. We interpret what the vehicle is actually telling us before recommending any repair path.
Operating as a mobile service means we come to you — at your home, your workplace, or roadside. No tow bills, no waiting rooms, no service advisors with upsell quotas. Just a technician with professional equipment and a straightforward explanation of what's going on with your vehicle.

VCDS / VAG-COM Certified
Authorized VCDS user with full access to Volkswagen and Audi diagnostic, coding, and adaptation functions — the same platform used by VW/Audi dealerships.

We use Autel MaxiSYS, Launch X431, and OEM-equivalent tools for domestic and Asian vehicles — not consumer-grade code readers.
